I have seen this billboard several places in LA and it just makes me wonder. Who thought it was in good taste to have a picture this big of a man with his hand on a little girl's butt and a creepy grin to go with it?

If you can't read the bottom sign, it says......Louisiana Fried Chicken Famous Chinese Fast Food.

Apparently the Buddhist temple has been having trouble with people using the wall as a restroom. I wonder how long it smelled of urine before they posted the request. Was anyone caught in the act?
